Overview
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support the organization in managing legal risks effectively.
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on various corporate matters and contracts
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management
