Risk Compliance Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related field. Relevant experience in compliance and / or risk management within financial services or capital markets. Knowledge / experience in payments, money changing, remittance, and EMI regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of capital market rules, regulations, and practices. Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across all levels. Risk Compliance Manager
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and update internal policies and controls. Identify, assess, and monitor business risks, maintain the risk register, and implement mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BNM, SC, Bursa, FIMM, etc.) and update internal policies and controls.
- Identify, assess, and monitor business risks, maintain the risk register, and implement mitigation measures.
- Conduct compliance / risk assessments, scenario testing, and prepare reports for management, Board, and regulators.
- Manage regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and respond to inquiries from authorities.
- Monitor regulatory developments, advise departments on compliance matters, and support awareness training.
- Promote compliance culture and oversee monitoring of company / employee activities to prevent breaches.
