Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for providing support and assistance to Company / Department on the following area :
ERM & Compliance
Provide advice, support and awareness on risk and compliance matters to the Company / Departments as and when required to continuously adhere to the required standards and processes.Facilitate risk assessment with Departments within the company to identify and assess potential risks, establish the risk register, review, and develop appropriate risk mitigation actions.Maintain tracking of remediation efforts related to review findings and other activities, as and when necessary.Business Planning
Providing support to Company / Department on assessment and review for management decisions and initiatives.Integrates in-depth understanding of business needs with reporting tools and methodologies. Applies good understanding of how related areas integrate with others in accomplishing objectives.Reviewing business insights for strategy formulation & business development ensuring that the projects / initiatives are effective and in line with Company’s direction.Process Improvement
Conduct gap analysis process through engaging Department to understand the requirements, “as-is” process vs “to-be” process.Identify and work with Department on the “to-be process” to improve productivity and efficiency. This includes analysis, planning, implementation, and execution.Analyse, interpret data trends against KPIs, linking information across functions and discover opportunities to optimize and drive business outcome.
Work with stakeholders to understand the business process, needs and operational issues in order to capture project requirement to ensure successful and effectiveness of the projects / initiatives undertaken.
Appropriately assess risk on business insights, demonstrating particular consideration for the Company's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.
Prepare status updates, escalations and reports for management updates when required.
Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified.

Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management / Risk Management / Legal or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Audit or related field is required for this position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, WordsKnowledge of ERP system work environment would be an added advantage.Ability to work with cross-functional teams independently. Comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Be able to understand key metrics of the business and will be able to translate those into decision support analysis and meaningful business reports.Seniority level
