Utility Manager

Job Description :

1、 In charge of management of Utility Department.

2、 Oversees the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the Utility department and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and quality manner.

3、 Analyze and prepare the monthly reports to Vice General Manager.

4、 Lead the team on both internal and external works to deliver effectively.

5、 Ensure health and safety policies are complied.

6、 To attend all trainings and presentations on health and safety matters as well as accident preventions.

7、 To manage and lead Utility teams and ensure all raw material and energy sources are in good running order with the view to ensure the stability of production.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Environmental Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years or above of working experiences in utility of manufacturing company would be preferred.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, regulatory compliance, or capital projects.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments.
• Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role require candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
