As a Digital Sales Executive you play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and selling digital marketing and e-commerce solutions. This is a sales-focused role with commission-based incentives, ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s commercial success.
You will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching tailored solutions, and managing the sales cycle from outreach to conversion. With support from the Marketing and Client Servicing teams, you’ll help position the company as a trusted digital partner across Malaysia and beyond.
Must-Have
2–3 years’ experience in sales (software or digital marketing services)
Proven prospecting and cold-calling skills
Experience selling SEO, SEM, social media ads, web development, and digital strategy solutions
Strong communication for pitching, proposals, and managing full sales cycle
Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking sales activities
Consistent performance in meeting monthly sales targets
Nice-to-Have
Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and trends
Experience in a digital agency
Active participation in networking events or industry meetups
Collaborative mindset for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Awareness of market shifts and competitor offerings
