Job Title : Sales Support & Customer Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities
- Conduct 80 to 100 outbound calls daily to assist sellers and promote their store performance.
- Provide effective advice to sellers on enhancing their store performance, adhering strictly to the quality call flow process and pitching tools.
- Monitor seller performance trends and offer strategic recommendations to maximize revenue.
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing engagement with sellers through warm support and personalized communication.
- Demonstrate accountability by returning calls promptly and respecting sellers’ time.
- Adjust communication approach based on the seller’s current phase and needs.
- Escalate issues outside of scope or support to the appropriate channels.
- Contribute to team success by meeting daily targets and objectives.
- Foster sustainable relationships of trust through open, interactive communication.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Comply with all zero-tolerance policies and standard operating procedures on both client and CNX sides.
- Manage emotional responses and stress effectively while remaining adaptable to changing situations and priorities within the e-commerce business landscape.
Qualifications
Preferably with sales or telemarketing background.Proficient in articulate communication in both English and Bahasa Melayu.Basic proficiency in Excel is advantageous due to handling large files.Education : Minimum SPM or equivalent.Willing to work in Cyberjaya.Expected Onboarding date : Mid of Oct-25
Location : Cyberjaya, Selangor
Remuneration package : RM3,500 Base Pay.
