Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at K&C Optical Sdn Bhd located in Ipoh, Perak. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources tasks.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in managing HR functions and operations
• Knowledge of employee relations and HR policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese.
