Live Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced Live Commerce Manager to lead and drive the performance of live selling on TikTok and Shopee platforms. This role involves managing a team of live hosts, planning campaign strategies, and collaborating across departments to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Host Management (Operational)
• Organize and monitor live host schedules (15–20 hosts).
• Ensure live slots are consistent and meet daily / weekly live hour targets.
• Train and coach hosts on pitching, engagement, compliance, and energy.
• Monitor each host’s performance (viewer count, conversion, GMV).
• Act as a liaison between live hosts and HQ for issues / feedback.
• Campaign & Strategy (Platform)
• Work with TikTok & Shopee Account Managers to capture campaign opportunities.
• Integrate campaign calendars, vouchers, mega sales into live plans.
• Plan ads (TikTok Ads / Shopee Ads) to support key live sessions.
• Analyze live data (CTR, CVR, GMV, AOV) and provide improvement strategies.
• Develop creative content angles (hooks, storytelling, upsell strategies).
• Cross-team Collaboration
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align promotions and creative assets.
• Coordinate with Inventory & Operations teams to ensure stock availability.
• Prepare regular performance reports for Management.
