Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Cloud / Insurance Domain)
POSITION OVERVIEW : Software Development Analyst
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
- Business Requirements gathering with business users and sharing it with the technical team / vendor.
- Review Functional Specifications Documents (and its supporting documents) provided by vendor.
- Involvements in the SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Involvements in the technical discussion / solutioning of the integration related topics like network infrastructure, MFT (Managed File Transfer), Web-API etc.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
- Follow through the resolution and / or establish resolution plan.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.
- Establish good working relationships with peers and users.
Preference
Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP or HCM.Experience in the role of software developer, business analyst, test management with some project management experience.Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.May be required to travel short duration into Singapore.Requirements
Holds a tertiary education.Good command of English, both written and spoken.At least 3 years’ experience in business analyst and / or software testing role, in insurance industry.Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite (ERP and HCM) and / or Oracle E-Business Suite specially on Finance and HRMS modules will be an added advantage.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Seniority level
