Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 : 00AM – 6 : 00PM, Saturday, 9 : 00AM – 1 : 00PM (alternate weeks, team-based schedule)
Job Responsibilities
Provide assistance and supports to the sales team in handling daily tasks including customer inquiries, quotations, orders processing, and timely delivery arrangements.
Managing and organizing sales documents, invoices, filing and general documentation.
Enter and update sales data using AutoCount Accounting System.
Coordinate with customers, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
Maintain and organize customer records and sales files.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining the customer database, and managing communication between the sales team and clients.
Preparing regular sales reports, inputting sales data, and helping to identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
Any other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Familiar with AutoCount Accounting System.
Minimum qualification : SPM or equivalent.
Good communication skills and sense of responsibility.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
