to ensure a unified, engaging, and consistent brand voice across all channels. Principal Accountabilities
Develop compelling content, press materials, and social media campaigns to communicate the company’s mission, values, and projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and online communities. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand voice consistency and high engagement. Work with agency to create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media content (posts, images, videos, stories, reels) aligned with broader PR and marketing campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on PR coverage and social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations. Proactively pitch story ideas and secure placements in online / print media, podcasts, and broadcast channels. Monitor online conversations, media coverage, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to the brand’s reputation. Support crisis communications by managing media enquiries and online sentiment in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align messaging, identify cross-marketing opportunities, and maintain internal communications. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continually enhance PR and social media strategies. Qualifications & Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in
communications, PR, or journalism , with hands-on experience managing brand
social media accounts and digital campaigns . Strong communication skills : professional fluency and proficiency in
English and Chinese . Understanding of the
iGaming industry
(trends, challenges, opportunities) is an advantage. Strong project management skills : able to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver under pressure. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to new media landscapes and communication tools.
