Customer Support Executive - FX & CFDs Industry - Arabic Speaker

We are looking for Malaysians fluent in Arabic to join our growing FX and CFDs brokerage team. You will provide customer support to Arabic-speaking clients, manage funding operations, and ensure smooth back-office and KYC processes.
What will you do
- Handle client inquiries via live chat, email, and tickets.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other funding activities.
- Conduct KYC verifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support back‑office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.>
What makes you a good fit
Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across written and verbal channels.Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in both written and spoken interactions.Prior experience in customer support, funding, or back‑office operations within the financial services industry is preferred.Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred Qualification
