About the Role
We're hiring a creative Digital Marketing Executive to build our brand and turn attention into quality leads for our sales team. You'll create scroll-stopping short-form content, act fast on trends, and work with KOLs / micro-influencers to scale reach and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok
- Coordinate content schedules & timelines with internal teams and partners
- Work closely with Sales / Agents on promotions, lead follow-up, and roadshow support (both digital and physical materials)
- Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram / Reels and more
- Adapt branded content into trend-friendly formats; spot and act on trends quickly
- Ideate and pitch content hooks and simple campaign concepts
- Scout, onboard, brief, and review KOLs / micro-influencers
- Co-create platform-optimised content with creators
- Capture quick event / roadshow snippets (on-the-spot videos / interviews)
- Write short copy (hooks, captions, CTAs); add subtitles / thumbnails (e.g., CapCut / Canva)
- Community management : reply to comments / DMs using our brand voice
- Track basic performance (reach, views, engagement, leads / appointments) and share simple reports
- Design and execute traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and pitch books
What You'll Bring
3 years experience in digital marketing or brand / communications (insurance / FS a plus)Strong grasp of social media, basic ad campaigns, and simple landing pages / formsExcellent copy instincts and brief writing; comfortable coordinating designers / contentTechnical skillset (CapCut / Canva, etc)Good communication in English & BM (Mandarin is a plus)Organised, fast, and hands-on — you turn ideas into posts quicklyWhat We Provide
