We are seeking for Junior Data Scientist Position

Position Details :

Job Type : 1 Year renewable contract with client (payroll Avensys)

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Timings : Regular working hours, Hybrid mode of work

Yrs of Exp : 3-5 years relevant experience

Job Description :

• Job Title : Python-AI / ML developer

o 1. Python development, ML Models implementation and evaluation, AI implementations

o 2. Able to understand requirements and participate in proposing the AI / ML solutions

o 3. Develop and support AI solutions4. Able to work independently and good communication skills

o Python for AI / ML : Solid knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn. Deep Learning : Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch (at least one strongly).

o Model Development Lifecycle : Data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

o ML Ops / Deployment : Exposure to deploying ML models into production (e.g., Flask / FastAPI, Docker, REST APIs, or MLflow).

o Version Control : Git (essential for collaboration).

o Cloud AI / ML Services : Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI tools.

o Data Handling : SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and exposure to big data tools (Spark, Snowflake, etc., if relevant).
