Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Advanced Diploma in relevant field (R&D Engineering, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, etc). Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Proficiency in design software like CAD (Computer-Aided Design). Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense. Problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions. Knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing, and industry trends. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Previous furniture design or product development experience is a plus. Job Responsibility
- Design innovative furniture pieces aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- Identify and evaluate new materials to enhance furniture quality and sustainability.
- Translate design concepts into physical prototypes for testing and refinement.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop testing protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on furniture design trends and analyze competitor products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
- Able to do programming for CNC machine.
