Overview
The Franchise AP Regional Team is seeking a Manager, Franchise Growth & Enablement. In collaboration with the Vice President, Franchise Growth & Enablement, you will execute Franchise’s Customer Risk Management principles and partner with regional stakeholders, providing strategic and operational support to onboard Mastercard network participants within the Asia-Pacific Region in accordance with Mastercard’s requirements and local regulations. You will align Franchise Growth & Enablement with cross-functional stakeholders to drive scale of Mastercard’s cross-border and domestic products and services.
Role
- Performs assignments that support onboarding customers, registration, and respond to ad-hoc customer requests
- Implement Franchise strategies to support the scale and growth of new business initiatives in cross-border and domestic payments products and services
- Collaborate with Account and Product teams to enable new opportunities in core businesses, multi-rail flows, and new customer segments (installment providers, fintechs) that reflect the value of extending the Franchise
- Provide Franchise Solutions Accelerator support for customer training and education initiatives
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide support to customers
- Ensure internal risk-based decision-making models for new opportunities are applied appropriately during assessment to ensure the integrity of the brand and support growth of new payment products and services
- Responsible for customer administration, such as managing common mailbox, tracking projects and billing, and generating administrative reports for specific market(s) or region
