Payments Operations Associate Malaysia

What You’ll Do :

• Transaction Monitoring : Oversee daily client transactions across digital assets, fiat, and merchant transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Alert Management : Develop alerts for transaction failures and coordinate with the Treasury to resolve pending transactions.
• Record Keeping : Maintain rigorous control over payment records, implementing strong troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.
• Performance Reporting : Generate detailed reports on transaction success rates and payment speeds, collaborating with the Product team to enhance systems and processes.
