Senior Group Finance Manager

The Senior Group Finance Manager will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing all aspects of group financial operations, and ensuring strong governance across business units. This role plays a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and upholding the integrity of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial operations, consolidation, and reporting activities.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS / IFRS standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, funding, and banking relationships to ensure financial stability.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and governance frameworks.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business expansion and investment decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across the Group.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MIA or equivalent) required.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong background in real estate, property development, or investment-related industries preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of MFRS / IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance.

Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
