IT Assistant (HQ Office)

We are seeking a motivated and disciplined IT Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our IT Department.

In this role, you will :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and network issues.
• Perform maintenance and upkeep of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other IT devices.
• Support users with password resets, software installations, and system updates .
• Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and service requests.
• Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency .
