Business Manager, Equipment Finance

for our

BMW Financial Services Malaysia

Business.

The role will be based in our Equipment Financing Unit in Kuala Lumpur

to drive BMW's financial services business. This role will be the key person in delivering sales targets & driving sales activities for equipment financing within the region. The role will require the person to build relationships with SMEs & equipment vendors in efforts to create business opportunities & leads generation. Key accountabilities :

• Primarily responsible for delivering Sales targets and KPIs. Sales oriented and executes the necessary sales activities towards the achievement of the sales budget.
• To enhance and maintain equipment vendor relationship as to improve business opportunities and leads generation.
• To prepare loan submission of customer applications – from data input, uploading of documents, response to credit acceptance (CA) comments / clarifications for application status and approval.
• To issue letters of undertaking to vendors, preparation of loan agreement execution and to ensure HP agreement and documents are properly executed.
• Contact settlement associates for documentation & funding of approved loans.
• Accountable for FIS e-hakmilik registration process for New and Used Commercial vehicles, material handling equipment.
• Collection of information as required for Credit Assessment and forward to New Business Team.
• Advising customer of the results of Credit Assessment and negotiating new terms if required.
• Cross selling corporate programmes to equipment finance customer to promote BMW brand and ultimately cars sales.
