Your new role

You will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for cutting‑edge financial products. Acting as the bridge between business, technology, and market needs, you'll define innovative solutions and manage the full product lifecycle. You'll collaborate cross‑functionally, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of product managers to foster a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, QA, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in fintech, banking, or payments, with deep domain expertise in card schemes, fraud management, and compliance.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, CI / CD environments, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation, compliance, and customer needs.
• Passion for mentoring and developing high‑performing product teams.
