Penerangan pekerjaanStrategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies across digital (facebook,tik tok,instagram), traditional, and event channels to drive brand awareness and market share. Content Leadership : Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (online and offline) tailored to the automotive audience to build community and generate leads. Market Analysis : Conduct ongoing analysis of automotive market trends, competitor campaigns, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Budget Management : Take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) for all campaigns. Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to develop aligned strategies, provide effective sales tools, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Performance Tracking : Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives using data analytics to recommend and implement improvements. Team Leadership : Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role. A proven track record of planning and executing successful end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (facebook,tik tok,instagram) is essential. Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. A creative and strategic thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
