Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline). Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and account management. Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, qualification, and closing. Mandarin speaker is preffered. Experience or familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines. Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively. Proven ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research, effectively managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that address their challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Computer Land Malaysia's technology solutions, effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable deals while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate sales forecasts, providing regular reports to sales management on progress and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
