This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Engineer at IMS Motionet Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia. The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for new business development, sales & marketing, communication and utilizing analytical skills to drive growth in the company product and solution at technology industry. Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries Conduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and customer analysis Establish, maintain and foster strong business relationship with existing & new customers. Developing and executing sales and marketing plans To achieve development goals set by the company Establish good rapport with customers. Explores new market opportunities. Create reports to management. Requirements

At least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent. Diploma / Degree in other fields can be considered Minimum 1 years working experience in related industrial. Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently with minimum supervision Proactive, dynamic and self-motivated Possess own transport and willing to travel Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
