About the role We are seeking a talented and personable Receptionist Admin to join our dynamic team at Xwork Solution Sdn Bhd(voffice malaysia) in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position is crucial in providing a warm and professional welcome to our clients and visitors, as well as supporting our sales team with administrative tasks and light sales duties.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams
Maintaining reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and light sales duties
Assisting with event and meeting coordination, including preparing meeting rooms and materials
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and refreshments
Performing other general administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer-facing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of clients and colleagues
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems
A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with a keen eye for detail
Fluent in English & Malay (Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage)
