Key Responsibilities :
Account Management & Business Development
- Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their IT networking requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted industries.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Solution Selling & Technical Consultation
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to propose suitable networking solutions (LAN / WAN, wireless, cloud networking, security, etc.).Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to position Raddish Technology's offerings as value-driven and competitive.Provide clients with strategic advice on emerging technologies and IT transformation initiatives.Account Planning & Reporting
Prepare and implement account development plans, including sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer growth strategies.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.Generate regular reports on account performance, opportunities, and revenue achievement.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer support.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.Support marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and solution workshops.Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years' experience in IT networking sales, account management, or solution selling.Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and achieving / exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of networking solutions (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.) and enterprise IT infrastructure.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.Fluent in English (Mandarin / Malay is an added advantage).Job Type : Permanent
Pay : RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
