Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with expertise in LAN, WAN and wireless solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure with a focus on ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• According to the HLD of the previous synchronization, the LLD，of the detailed implementation level is output;
• Carry out POC test work, have corresponding operation documents, follow the operation documents to carry out the test one by one and feed back the results;
• As a technical engineer, you should be responsible for technical matters related to the project, including wireless, switching&routing, UIS, CAS,
• Participate in face-to-face meetings with customers, analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems, reply to customer inquiries, and assist in troubleshooting and solving challenges.
• Follow standard procedures and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Provide technical support to customers through remote or on-site support according to SLA.
• Closely coordinate with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success indicators.
