Position : Business Development Manager (Asia Markets)
Location : Remote within Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers across target markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business success.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence to senior management, including insights on trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor regional business performance and prepare regular performance and strategy reports for leadership.
REQUIREMENTS :
Fluency in English or as close to as possible (B2C1 level) + Fluency in local language from Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, PhilippinesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management, preferably in digital services or technology-driven sectors.Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required.OFFER :
