As the Business Development Manager at Safe Truck Sdn. Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business in the GPS and logistics industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and nurture client relationships to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in sales within the GPS and logistics industry.
Sales Manager Job Responsibilities :
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team, motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and monitor their progress, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and develop strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance analysis, and key metrics to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to the sales team.
- Continuously review and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
