Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will oversee the full spectrum of procurement activities, with a strategic focus on sourcing for Power Transmission & Distribution and Renewable Energy (Solar) EPC projects. This role demands leadership in supplier negotiations, contract management, cost control, and on‑time delivery of high-quality materials. The successful candidate will drive procurement strategies that support project success and contribute to the company’s growth in the energy sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery for EPC projects.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet project timelines, cost targets, and quality requirements.

Conduct supplier identification, evaluation, and performance monitoring to ensure long‑term partnerships.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings without compromising quality.

Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with overall project objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant legal requirements.

Continuously assess market trends, supply chain risks, and cost‑saving opportunities in the energy sector.

Manage procurement budgets, track KPIs, and prepare regular progress and cost reports.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : Minimum 10 years of proven technical procurement experience, preferably in the energy sector. Strong background in Power Transmission & Distribution and Solar Power projects is highly desirable.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred; degrees in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields will also be considered.

Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Highly meticulous, proactive, and results‑driven.

Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships strategically.
