Reservations Specialist – Mandarin

TP Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Working Hours : 24 / 7 (5 days work, 2 days OFF)

Salary : 4,500 RM (All in packages)

Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation‑related inquiries (pre‑ & post‑booking) via phone and email
  • Modify or cancel bookings and manage special requests
  • Act as the key liaison between guests and hotels to resolve concerns
  • Deliver outstanding service while supporting hotel partners

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
  • Strong problem‑solving and commercial thinking
  • Experience in customer care or the hotel industry
  • Able to work rotating shifts (monthly)
