Established in 2012, Ambient Living is a premium retailer of luxury designer furniture in Malaysia and the sole distributor of Natuzzi. Our mission is to offer furniture that makes a qualitative difference in everyday life, combining good design, comfort and functionality.

Job Overview :

The Senior Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily business operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth workflow across departments. This role involves managing logistics, monitoring project timelines, optimizing processes, and supporting cross‑functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business execution.
• Oversee logistics, inventory, and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance; identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with sales, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.
• Prepare and review reports, performance data, and forecasts for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead and guide junior operation staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Handle escalated operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners for smooth execution of projects or orders.
