Operating across two key locations : Krakow and Berlin, our cohesive teams - IT, Operations, Fleet, Pricing, Sales, Finance and HR - drive technological innovation, operational excellence, and organizational development.

The Role

We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team as a Fleet Key Account Manager located in Malaysia or Thailand, to manage business relations with our Taxi and Limousine Fleet Partners network across ASIA region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.

Strategic Account Planning

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management

  • Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.
  • Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.
  • Onboarding and training of new fleets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Utilise data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
  • Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B key account management experience, with a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Direct experience within the transportation, mobility, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account planning, including identifying and executing on upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Exceptional Relationship Management : A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking : The ability to not just manage day-to-day tasks but to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen : A solid understanding of business drivers and the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
