Act as a brand ambassador and actively promote the identified banks product and services to both existing and prospective customers.
Contact potential or existing customers to provide them with information about a product or service using provided scripts. 3. Responsible to initiate / explain / persuade potential customer effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty.
Arrange and coordinate potential customers to the right sales channel.
Close sales over the phone by identifying customer's actual needs and / or setup target set by superior / management.
Promoting and obtaining customer feedback on the bank's products and services.
Follow up with customers after the initial interaction. 8. Go the "extra mile" to achieve the sales target and facilitate future sales.
Assisting other Telesales Executive leads – 'Open / Follow up cases' in the event that the other Telesales Exec. is on leave.
Communicate with business owner regarding customer inquiries / requests / appeals / complaints / feedback (if any).
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior to meet operational and / or other requirements.
Respond to inquiries about products or the bank's information.
Ask questions to comprehend customer requirements and close sales.
Refer prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
Enter and update accurate customer information in the database.
Handle grievances to preserve the bank's reputation.
