Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mathematics. Candidates with CSWIP / AWS certification are preferred. Candidates with a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent would have an added advantage. Minimum 2 years related working experience in fabrication / welding work. Knowledge of industrial process plant and equipment fabrication and installation would be an added advantage. Familiar with relevant codes e.g. ASME, ISO 9001 : 2015, API etc. Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage. Computer literate. Willing to travel in Malaysia and Abroad Annual Leaves Medical Leaves EPF / SOCSO 3.5K to 8K depending on qualification & work
Job Responsibility
- Perform QA / QC work by conducting various quality control inspections in accordance to various quality assurance procedures.
- Monitor & ensure subcontractors, fabricators and suppliers comply to and meet the requirements of quality procedures.
- Planning, organizing and conducting quality control inspections of receiving incoming raw materials and parts / components.
- Conduct and monitor IT-Up Inspections, Visual / Welding Inspections, Dimensional Inspections, various Non-Destructive Tests, PWHT, Hydrostatic Pressure Tests, and various other QC activities as required by the projects.
- Define Corrective Action Request in responding to customer complaints.
- Assist QA & QC Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 : 2015) and Quality Control Program (ASME U / U2 / S).
- Support the QA & QC Manager to ensure that products and processes comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 : 2015) and Quality Control Program (ASME U / U2).
