Our client, a globally recognised FMCG company, is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to join their dynamic team. As part of a Fortune 500 company, you will have exposure to a regional portfolio based in Malaysia, with the chance to make significant contributions to the continuous improvement initiatives across multiple plants.

What you'll do :

• Drive the continuous improvement initiatives across various plants within the region.
• Build team capabilities for sustainable results and deploy CI tools for effective reporting.
• Conduct monthly performance calls with the local Continuous Improvement team.
• Participate in monthly calls with continuous improvement leads.
• Assist in creating training materials and conduct regional assessments.
• Drive process improvements and develop performance metrics.
• Conduct regional analysis of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) to identify areas of improvement.
