Network Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure with a focus on ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Responsibilities

According to the HLD of the previous synchronization, the LLD，of the detailed implementation level is output; Carry out POC test work, have corresponding operation documents, follow the operation documents to carry out the test one by one and feed back the results; As a technical engineer, you should be responsible for technical matters related to the project, including wireless, switching&routing, UIS, CAS, Participate in face-to-face meetings with customers, analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems, reply to customer inquiries, and assist in troubleshooting and solving challenges. Follow standard procedures and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team. Provide technical support to customers through remote or on-site support according to SLA. Closely coordinate with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success indicators. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a networking deployment field. Hands-on experience with security solutions (firewall, email security, endpoint security) Hands-on experience with server technologies such as virtualization, bare metal, HCI, backup or storage platforms. Experience with network automation (e.g., python, ansible) is added advantage. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to solve network issues. Must be Malaysian nationality. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu language, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively across teams. Certified in CCNP / PCNSE / FCP / ACSP / HCIP / H3CSE or equivalent certification are highly desirable. Seniority level
