• Process daily loan transactions, including disbursements, repayments, rollovers, and maintenance tasks.
• Accurately create and maintain data in the system, ensuring it aligns with source documents by adhering to established data management techniques and procedures.
• Review loan updates for completeness and accuracy, correcting any discrepancies before approving transactions.
• Address loan servicing inquiries from the Business Unit and manage pre-processing tasks in a timely manner.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and provide support across departments as needed.
• Meet tight deadlines to ensure that turnaround times for business-as-usual (BAU) transactions are met and service level agreements are fulfilled.
• Contribute to workflow optimization by gathering feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Foster a positive mindset and holistic perspective among staff.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English.
• Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high quality and efficiency in work output.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
• Able to thrive under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work on Malaysian public holidays.
