Head of IT Strategy

The Head of IT Strategy will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the IT strategy that supports the institution’s overall business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and financial services, as well as the ability to align IT initiatives with the company’s long-term vision. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative leader who can drive innovation while managing risk and ensuring operational excellence. To enable this vision, a team of enterprise architects will be reporting to this role to align the strategy and the execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the institution’s business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends in the financial sector to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Develop a multi-year IT roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Assist in leading and driving the organization’s digital transformation efforts, including the adoption of cloud technologies, data analytics, AI, and automation with Transformation team and other IT team members.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for technology-enabled process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
• Design the overall Enterprise architecture and roadmap.
• Drive the alignment of the projects to the desired Enterprise Architecture state through collaboration with the architects and project teams.
