Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements. Execute advanced sourcing techniques across multiple platforms to build talent pipelines. Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on both technical expertise and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer stage. Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment experience. Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results within tight timelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in engaging both technical and non-technical professionals. Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by achieving individual and team targets. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to success. Qualifications

Must have 1-2 years of IT Recruitment experience in Agency or BPO environment. Seniority level
