Responsibilities of the Role

  • Stock transactions input in inventory system
  • Responsible for daily visual inspection on goods receive at the warehouse
  • To monitor stock allocation and delivery according to production schedules
  • Inventory reconciliation between in house tracking system and the physical count
  • Perform and complete cycle annual stock take accurately and timely
  • Interface and support inter-departments on stock quantity and issue
  • To assist in purchasing such as issuance of purchase order, purchase return etc
  • To update sales tax exemption on purchases record
  • To control movement of stock relate to sales tax exemption
  • To undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / SPM in any field
  • Experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
  • Possess initiative and be results-oriented
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literately (ERP and MS Office)
  • Responsible for inventory management with aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times
  • Comply strictly with the company’s standard operation
