We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take on a unique hybrid role that combines digital marketing strategy with administrative support for our client in the financial advisory industry.
What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Creative Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms and blogs to boost brand visibility.
- Create engaging social media content, including captions, visuals, and short-form posts.
- Manage and respond to website enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
Administrative & Client Support
Update and maintain clients' financial portfolio consolidations using Excel and Google Sheets.Submit medical claims via portals and emails, and process administrative changes to policies (e.g., change of particulars, investment fund switches).Communicate with clients on updates and outstanding requirements for ongoing matters.Coordinate client review appointments, manage client databases, and support events or gift arrangements.What We're Looking For
Strong digital marketing background with experience in social media management and content creation.Excellent communication skills in English—both written and spoken—with strong copywriting ability.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Experience in finance or insurance administration is an advantage.Why Join Us?
