Field Conductor

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily morning briefings and check attendance for workers.
• Update the Daily Check Roll and Pinfosys Record.
• Supervise work on the estate, including harvesting, loading, and transportation of FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches), as well as other duties assigned by the Manager.
• Ensure the field is kept tidy and clean (weed control and waste disposal).
• Ensure proper FFB harvesting techniques are followed and that the fruit is ripe.
• Ensure workers carry out tasks in the correct order.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed according to specifications and schedules.
• Provide training to workers.
• Ensure transportation is in good condition and available every day.
• Maintain stock counts for diesel and black oil.
