Roles and Responsibilities
1) Client Servicing
- Act as the main liaison and key contact to cultivate business relationship with the client in delivery of marketing services
- Developing and creating new ideas, assist in preparing proposals and presentation to new or existing clients
- Overseeing project planning, execution and ensure correct level of resource is allocated for each project
- Assist in all project plans, budgets preparation and job expenditure forecasting
- Monitor on ground activities, set-up and dismantling works to ensure brand guidelines adheres
- Collaborate with other teams to create and pitch content and events, resulting in all-in win-win relationships
- Perform post-mortem after the events and make recommendations for any improvement plans
- Study on current marketing trends and news, competitors’ movement and product specification
- Assist to develop new initiatives and seek new business opportunities
