Penerangan pekerjaanTo assist and handling monthly social event with residents and coordinate online campaigns. To assist Assistant Accommodation Manager in routine matters. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required. Candidates must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma 1-2 years of customer service experience Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Able to write and converse in Malay and English Able to work independently and as a team Possesses own transport and valid driving license Experience in tenancy management, sales administration, or customer service (preferably in dormitory / PBWA management). Knowledge of the Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446) is an advantage. Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities :
- To attend to phone calls and attend to all walk-in queries pertaining to booking of dormitory units.
- Perform all kinds of routine administrative and filing duties.
- To maintain a database of clients requesting units, with their contact details and details of their request.
- To liaise with potential clients on Sales enquiries in the absence of PBWA Manager.
- Prepare and issuing of Letter of Offer, Tenancy agreement and Commercial agreement
- Track tenancy renewals and prepare expiring tenancy agreements on a monthly basis, 180 days prior to agreement expiry.
- Conduct customer surveys, retention analysis, and prepare annual sales forecasts.
- To follow-up and prepare the expiring tenancy agreement in monthly.
- Prepare and submit the Tenancy Agreement to stamping of LHDN via online.
- Received any complaints and feedback from customers & resolved the problem with the respective departments.
- To Prepare and issuing monthly Billing report for all units dormitory.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested from PBWA Manager.
- Follow up with client ensuring prompt payment.
Manage the company's social media accounts to promote dormitory and PBWA facilities.
To assist on audit inspection request by customers.
