Senior Fund Accountant, Fund Administration - FRMS M / F

Penerangan pekerjaanUnderstand and perform complex fund analysis with minimal support, and propose improvements to rule setups to reduce false positives. Investigate and analyze all exceptions identified in ALTO, determine breach statuses (active, passive, warning, technical breach). Provide coaching and guidance to Fund Accountants and administrators within the Fund Risk Management Support Team. Analyze fund prospectuses and information from external data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Telekurs). Understand and analyze legal rules of UCITS and legal requirements, sharing updates on any changes with the team. Understand client and country-specific investment limits and propose best practices for compliance checks. Perform control reviews on all breach items and input data into systems (ALTO). Communicate explanations and updates on new breaches to the oversight team via email. Perform and review controls for PCS funds. Support any initiative changes within the team.

The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our ‘centres of excellence’, and to implement / leverage standard processes globally.
