This is a quality Account Executive opportunity for those of you interested in full autonomy, wanting to be home based and with full control over your diary and working pattern.

As part of this long established and highly successful commercial insurance brokerage, you will receive full support from head office which includes broking, admin, telesales, claims and underwriting. You will have access to all major markets including composites, specialists, Lloyds and have access to exclusive schemes with “the pen” enabling you make your own underwriting decisions at point of sale.

In this role, you will be building your own client portfolio, with 100% ownership of your clients. You will receive some lead generation via the telesales team and from pre-arranged agreements with major business groups and membership based federations.

This roles comes with a flexible remuneration basis, dependent on how your portfolio grows, initially you will be salaried but the opportunity to go commission only is available and allows you to earn a significantly higher personal income.

There is also a middle ground, where you can be part salaried and with a significant commission structure in place. The role also comes with a generous car allowance, full home office set up and comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal applicants will have a good all round commercial insurance knowledge and be self-starters, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work hard to establish your client base.

It would be beneficial to have previous Account Executive experience and some portable clients or a reasonable pipeline to work through, however, we have seen plenty of ambitious individuals start from scratch and be very successful.

As part of the deal, you will be acquiring a significant equity stake in your portfolio GWP value.
