Tag seeks an HR Business Partner - SEA (Strategic HR & Talent Development) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across high-volume and niche roles, shaping recruitment strategy, leveraging data for smarter decisions, and building strong stakeholder partnerships to align talent with business priorities. Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned markets and functions, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Source, engage, and pipeline top talent through proactive strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry networks, and direct outreach). Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability, and data-driven recommendations. Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines with strong attention to detail and organizational rigor. Develop and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports in Excel to monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health. Create clear, structured tables and reports for stakeholder updates and leadership reviews. Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes. Leverage data to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and present insights to leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business units, ensuring alignment of recruitment priorities with organizational needs. Ensure recruitment systems, processes, and candidate records are kept accurate and up to date. Champion an inclusive hiring process that supports Tag’s values and commitment to diversity. Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across multiple functions and markets. Very strong Excel skills with the ability to create, manage, and analyze trackers, pivot tables, charts, and reports. Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics, dashboards, or ATS reporting to influence strategy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to build trusted relationships with business leaders. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance immediate hiring needs with long-term talent planning. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools - added advantage. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). What We Offer
