Currently, we are looking for a Event & Catering Supervisor to join us
Responsibilities :
Supervise daily catering operations and ensure smooth execution of events.
Lead and motivate catering staff, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for catering events.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements, handle feedback, and resolve issues.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and reporting to management.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in catering, F&B, or hospitality industry (supervisory role preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
"Must possess a valid driving license (D & E / GDL)
