Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the role : The Customer Support department invites a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support IQGeo’s end‑to‑end geospatial software solutions for a growing global customer base. In this role you will work with complex applications and products that utilize cloud platforms, GIS, engineering, and problem‑solving skills. The position requires working weekends once a month (Saturday and Sunday, regular business hours) to support our global customer base and 24 / 7 support coverage.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide consulting to clients based on current operational processes and assess fit with IQGeo products.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Support customers via phone, email, or case communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and help resolve issues or clarify product functionality.
• Find solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved.
• Analyze and report product defects to the Product Engineering Team.
